I have Navi Plus in my A6 4,2 BJ 9.99. When I switch off radio or CD, all loudspeakers gives a very loud "bang". My Audi dealer can not solve it. Any ideas?

Ask your dealer to install a different Navi or Radio for a short test. He can try it e.g. with a Navi from a show car. If the problem is still there it seems to be the amplifier.
