I have a Audi S4 -04 whit navi plus the CD version not DVD..
Are there only Audi's map-CD that works or can I use something else ??

You can use any Blaupunkt DX compatible CD's! But I do not see any reason to not use the Audi CD's. Your best bet is to use a eBay search with DX "country name You need" "year you want" e.g. DX Italia 2006
