My car is an
Audi A4 Avant
1,6 - 4 cyl
type 8D5 from 1998
Motor type AHL.
Instrument cluster has NO board computer (FIS)
Can i replace the instrument cluster with :
kombiinstrument with board computer (FIS)
part number 4BO 920 930 P from an Audi S6, 8 cyl, from 1999 ??
If Yes, is it possible to make the on board computer work ?

And I think it also matters that your Car has only 4 cly. and the A6 hat 8!
But if there is a A6 with 4cly (I don`t know the Audi Program) your Audi Dealer could change it with a special tool (Called "Diagnose-Interface" - don`t know english word)!
But the main Problem is, as already said the Can Bus!
